Cookie & Storage Notice

This notice explains how Muxbe uses cookies, localStorage, sessionStorage, and other browser storage mechanisms. We believe in full transparency — and the short version is simple:
1. What We Don't Use
Muxbe does not use any of the following:
- Google Analytics (GA4) or any analytics platform
- Microsoft Clarity, Hotjar, Mixpanel, PostHog, or session replay tools
- Meta/Facebook Pixel, LinkedIn Pixel, or any advertising pixels
- Marketing or retargeting cookies
- Third-party tracking cookies of any kind
- Affiliate tracking pixels or cross-site identifiers
There is no cookie consent banner on Muxbe because there is nothing optional to consent to. All storage we use is strictly necessary for the platform to function.
2. Essential Storage We Use
The following storage is required for Muxbe to operate. None of it is used for tracking, advertising, or profiling.
2.1 Authentication

3. External Resources
Muxbe loads assets from external CDNs. These services may set their own cookies or log requests per their respective privacy policies:

Muxbe does not control cookies set by these third-party services. We select CDN providers that minimize or eliminate tracking, and none of these services are used for advertising or user profiling by Muxbe.
4. Why No Cookie Banner?
Under GDPR and the ePrivacy Directive, cookie consent is required for non-essential cookies — primarily those used for advertising, analytics, and tracking. Since Muxbe uses only storage that is strictly necessary for the platform to function, a consent banner is not legally required.
We publish this notice for full transparency, so you know exactly what is stored in your browser and why.
5. How to Clear Storage
You can clear all Muxbe-related storage at any time through your browser settings:
- Clear site data: In your browser's settings, find "Clear browsing data" or "Site settings" and remove data for the Muxbe domain.
- DevTools: Open browser developer tools → Application tab → Clear Storage.
Clearing storage will log you out and reset your preferences. No data is lost on Muxbe's servers — your account, settings, and workspace remain intact.
6. Changes to This Notice
If we introduce new types of storage or change how existing storage is used, we will update this notice. Material changes will be communicated via the platform.
